CONDITION OF SALE

Title agreement:
Title to merchandise remains in name of seller until paid in full.
Purchaser agrees to pay all costs of collection, reasonable attorney fees and court costs, which are incurred by seller to enforce payment of invoice.
Return Policy:
Returned merchandise is subject to 15% restocking fee.
Returned merchandise must be accompanied by invoice or packing list.
No merchandise returned without approval. If merchandise is returned to the company without approval it will not be accepted and will be returned.
Merchandise eligible for return must be new, unused, and contain all original products packaging and accessories.
Merchandise must be returned within 90 days of sale. Merchandise passed the 90 days of sale will not be refunded.
If customer returns the merchandise shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded.
