• Title to merchandise remains in name of seller until paid in full.
• Purchaser agrees to pay all costs of collection, reasonable attorney fees and court costs, which are incurred by seller to enforce payment of invoice.

• Returned merchandise is subject to 15% restocking fee.
• Returned merchandise must be accompanied by invoice or packing list.
• No merchandise returned without approval. If merchandise is returned to the company without approval, it will not be accepted and will be returned.
• Merchandise eligible for return must be new, unused, and contain all original products packaging and accessories.
• Merchandise must be returned within 90 days of sale. Merchandise passed the 90 days of sale will not be refunded.
• If customer returns the merchandise shipping and handling charges can not be refunded.
